Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the site. By accessing the site and/ or placing an order, you signify your agreement to be bound by these conditions and consent to the use of your information in accordance with our privacy policy

Payment

Prices are disclosed on specific enquiry. When a sale is agreed to, payment can be made via direct deposit to bank details provided. Once the full payment is received that item will be dispatched

Delivery

Every single piece is handmade therefore delivery times may vary. As soon as your order is placed you will receive an email regarding your delivery information. All deliveries are sent with Australia Post inclusive of tracking number. Risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon dispatch of the goods.

While we use reasonable endeavours to have goods delivered to you as soon as possible, we make no guarantee as to the delivery date of goods as this is due to matters outside our control.

Pick up  of items from the Studio may be arranged.

Hallmarks

Hallmarking is your guarantee of quality. Each piece of jewellery is both stamped for fineness and stamped with Carmel’s official hallmark stamp.

Images

Although all reasonable care is taken to ensure that images reflect as accurately as possible the actual size of products some products may appear larger or smaller than their actual size when represented in the website. It is advisable to get accurate detail of a work before committing to purchase.

Commissions

Carmel loves to work on interesting commissions with clients. Details are worked out and discussed before work begins. Carmel will do her best to fulfil your wishes but the end results may vary slightly. due to the creative and making processes. 

A non-refundable 50% deposit will be taken at the placement of a commission. With this payment, the client agrees to let production of the custom piece begin.

After production has commenced, custom orders cannot be cancelled, changed, returned or refunded. 

The outstanding balance on any order must be paid and cleared prior to dispatch, including the postage charge, if any.

The Client may not distribute, reproduce, or otherwise profit from the Commission, beyond the resale of the original. 

Unless otherwise agreed Carmel retains all rights to the Commission
